Second Otakon pic I've completed for bidding in the art show. If you like what you see and you're going to the con, be sure to bid on it kay?

Normally I have a lot to complain about but I'm pretty satisfied with this in terms of both lineart and coloring. I suppose my color choice was a little iffy in some places and the Shenlong doesn't look too spectacular, but yeah, I like it. I'll be sorry to see it go.

I used my sister's gouache paints to color it so I could get something bolder than mere watercolors, and I like the way those turned out. Almost marker-like if that's what you'd call it.... haha, uncreative light source...

I know, Gokuh sure wears those pants high huh? But whenever I draw him I'm just so stuck on the beltline for his gi, so I draw all his pants that way. Oh well, Dragonball was born of an era when that was acceptable.

That and Toriyama just drew torsos very short, so the pants look even higher. Great work :) I can see One piece has influenced the eyes a bit.

I think your choice of coloring techniques made for a really impressive final overall look. I would have thought it was marker work myself if you hadn't mentioned otherwise.

I know I don't usually comment, but I had to on this one just to let you know how impressed I am with everything. It all looks very professional. :)
